ICA Fund Good Jobs Education emphasizes business fundamentals and supports mission aligned entrepreneurs in developing frameworks for stabilizing, leading and growing their businesses.
The Good Jobs Accelerator works deeply with 8-10 companies to build a strong foundation for sustainable growth & good job creation. Entrepreneurs who have attended Growth Strategies, and have had their financials reviewed by ICA through Path 2 Cash are eligible for the accelerator.
Our capital is currently invested in 5 companies referred through ICA’s capital preparation support programs. Each company has a tailored work plan to achieve revenue growth and job creation targets, mitigate risk, and ensure a favorable return on investment for the fund.
Our business ecosystem is our strongest asset. Whether you’re an entrepreneur looking to scale your business, an experienced advisor wanting to share your knowledge, or a professional service provider looking to offer discounted services, we’d love to meet you.
We believe that communities thrive when every person has access to a good job – one that provides good pay, good benefits, life ladders, and a strong culture
Over our 20-year history, we have worked with hundreds of companies that have earned hundreds of millions in revenue. Since 1996 our companies have paid over $65 million in wages, created more than 5,000 jobs, and in 2015 every $1 donated to ICA Fund Good Jobs
yielded $11 in employee wealth.
